Regular caring communication during a trying time was truly appreciated. Tania resolved a couple of issues directly with the providers, saving me the worry. I cannot imagine the extra pressure that must come to bear if you don't have adequate insurance in your time of need.

I first met Tim when my husband was very ill and we were totally disillusioned with the whole insurance and claims process. We knew we were entitled to support during this time but our previous broker was unable to achieve this. We had been advised to pursue our claim through the insurance ombudsmen.

However, we were referred to Tim for a second opinion. He immediately set about supporting us.

I am happy to say that Tim has achieved full settlement of our claim which is still ongoing. Not only has he been sympathetic and supportive but he took all responsibility of negotiating with the insurance company on himself even though he was not the person that sold us the policy. This enabled me to remove myself from that stress and concentrate on supporting my husband.

My husband and I found out after having our mortgage for 20 years that we didn't have mortgage insurance.  You may think that is naive of us, but we put our faith in the bank we took our mortgage out with when we were just 17 and 21 years old.  When we went to move our mortgage to another bank we found out that we hadn't been covered this whole time and I felt quite sick.  I had met Tim through work at the Mediaworks with the Zero Risk King of the Ring.  I admired the work that goes on behind the scenes at such an event and the money that went back into the community was quite significant.  So I thought; I could trust a company like that to look after our mortgage and life insurances.  Tim has been an absolute dream to work with; he saw our needs and met them quite easily.  We had trouble getting cover for my husband as he works in a risky business but Tim never accepted a 'no' and carried on until we had a company who would.  Tim would come to my work at my convenience to bring documents to check over.  They were easy to understand and I felt in control the whole time.  I can't tell you how relieved we feel at being fully covered for any possibility; peace of mind is an understatement.  I feel I can call Tim and Tania anytime to ask any question.  I can change my policy to suit the situation at any time and we feel confident and secure in the knowledge that we're looked after and in turn are looking after our assets, ourselves and our children's future.
